They were able to find the problem, so I did not need to replace the waterheater. It was very worth having them come out and look at it, it saved me from spending even more money. Thanks, Guys.

It was Saturday and I had guests coming. Craftsman came right out after giving me a very good ballpark cost. They finished quickly and were at the lowest end of the cost for the job and my guests never knew a thing. Thank you!

Craftsman responded quickly to the request and was able to complete the work the day after I hired them. They were very nice, professional, did a good job and left my yard in good shape when they left. I would hire them again without question.
