Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
I hired Russell Hall to tear out a ceramic backsplash and install travertine tile to coordinate with a new granite countertop. He helped me coordinate my project from start to finish. He removed the old ceramic to clear the way for granite installation with a minimum of cleanup for me to contend with, then returned in a timely manner to put up the travertine. His craftsmanship shows. He does things right and his meticulous approach to his work is obvious in the final result. As an aside, not only is he good, but he's nice to be around.

He did a fantastic job of replacing the grout in the kitchen where the wall meets the countertop. He matched the original color precisely and the replacement grout looks great --- 100% to our satisfaction. He was neat and left no mess for us to clean up.

He worked with the designer to do the work. There was some miscommunication between them, so the job took a little longer to complete. He was very meticulous and accurate in his work.
