Project: Remodel a Kitchen
I spent 4 months working with Mark on a large house renovation project. Mark is professional, easy to work with, and is a very VERY skilled contractor. I will be honest on this review and say that Mark's timeline was slightly off with the completion of the project, but with an old house as mine (built 1925) it is expected. I will say that I am EXTREMELY happy with the quality of the work I received. I have no problem referring Mark to a friend or a colleague, for any job as complicated as replacing a load bearing wall to simple as painting, all of which Mark did for me. I will only be calling Mark for future work on my house.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Mark worked on my condo which is in a different state than I live. He was very polite to the existing tenants. On my behalf, he even gave them recommendations that could improve their utilities bills, but at the same time help me get them to take better care of the place.

He did the work as we asked, and he did a great job. The overall price for the work seemed a little high, but would rather help local companies than corporate.

He started on time and finished alot sooner than I thought he would. Very Professional and fair in price. Did what he said he would and even cleaned his mess. Great guy!!! - I will use Cox & Company in the future.
