He showed up on time. He was very nice and answered all my questions. He recommended some positive sugestions about some things that needed to be done in which I had done. I will use him again for my next inspection if I require one. Everything went very smoothly.

My husband and I shopped around before submitting a request for more info from Cox Property Services. No sooner had we submitted that request did Andy call! He was very professional and punctual and was able to schedule our home inspection despite a last minute notice! He was very courteous and patient with us in answering all of our questions as he went through our home. He even gave us advice and feedback on what we could do to get the red flags fixed on our home in a timely manner. He had our inspection back to us the very next day-- on a weekend! We would definately recommend him to anyone lookingfor a home inspection!

Fast response time, excellent follow up, pleasure to work with. Update 4/30/10- after a problem with our insurance Company and the report provided, I re-contacted Mr. Cox for assistance. He promised a solution multiple times but never followed up. While he did perform the work requested, I am disappointed by his lack of response after promising to help us get it straightened out.
