Wadson was very prompt in responding to my calls and installing the boiler on schedule. The boiler installation was very quick and the heat was back on before I knew it. He also helpfully followed up to check that the thermostat was working properly.

We were very happy with Courageous Plumbing. They were promptly on time, very responsive to phone calls and emails. They were careful of our home while working. Very professional (explained how the system works and potential quirks) and knowledgeable.

Wadson sold me the maintenance package with the install and purchase of the water heater. His quote was exactly what I paid, no hidden fees. He honored the maintenance. Made follow up calls and was on time.

Service reps showed up on time, diagnosed problem quickly, left and came back with parts. Unfortunately, problem was more complex than originally hoped and we needed to replace furnace. Reps made honest recommendations and explained options thoroughly with cost estimates. They installed new furnace (and thermostat, which I provided) and checked all of their work before leaving. Excellent service, especially based on all of the negative experiences I have had with other HVAC companies in the past. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.

The man that worked with us was extremely professional, knew what he was doing. He did the initial work and also changed a motor that was not working properly. The price that was charged $816.00 was a bit steep. After all it was done I still had no heat in the bathroom. He called the office and they wanted to charge an additional $950.00 to change the radiator. We refused because of the price. We had the work done for $400.00 less. Also there was a mistrust from the office. I had to go to the doctor and they knew I was going to be out for 2 hrs. My mom asked for him to come back in 1 hour and the office refused and the man had to wait.

It's Company's Policy to expect payment upon completion of the job. This was explained to the customer before starting the work.
