Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

This contractors name is Pete Kuretske. Everyone needs to stay as far away from this contractor as possible. We are still waiting for our patio to be completed 4 months later. He does not return calls, has unreliable workers who botched the job and he holds money from his workers. Our patio looks horrible! We have been trying to get it fixed and this has been a huge headache. There have been attorneys involved for us to get our patio completed. He started but did not come back and left our back yard and the project in a disasterous state. Please, please, please stay away from this guy.Zero on all three fields above.

At first, I thought these guys did a good job and they were helpful with insurance issues. Then, the communication stopped. I had questions on potential warranty issues. They said they would fix them, but it hasn't happened yet and now the snow is falling. They stopped returning emails and phone calls. And the irony is that I'm not even sure the issues are that major - its just that I expect my calls to be answered. Disapointed. Good communication - fast response. Quality of work met expectations

When Steve came out to do a bid he was on time (I hate it when people are late), very polite and did not try the ‘you are a female so you have no idea what you are talking about’ attitude on me. I was told the job would be done in three days (big deal because I would be boarding my dogs) and on the third day I was able to bring them home to a beautiful 6’ fence! They came back the next day to do some clean-up, but kept it down because they knew I was home, sick. If I need anything else done (that I can’t do) I will happily call them again for a bid!
