We hired Countryside Living to paint outside and inside our house and fix our outside faucet leaking issue. Very happy with everything done by Countryside Living. They are great guys who listen and care what we care.

Contractor's work was excellent. However, they charge on a per hour basis and the costs got to be rather prohibitive. Total cost for installation of the doors was more than for the flat rate charge of the other contractor I interviewed even though the initial total cost quote was less. I would still hire them again, but only for major projects not for small handyman things. I would negotiate a job price, rather than the per hour cost.

I was repeatedly told there were no hidden charges, but when I pressed for an itemized breakdown, there was a hidden fee of $134. Golden Buckeye was supposed to be honored but was not asked for it. Price for new faucet & install was $37.50 but pd. $189, drain cleaning price was $6.25 but pd $89. Asked for warranty info and was told it was in boxes but no boxes were left and received a hand written not that labor warranty was for 1 year. They have refused to put in writing the itemized breakdown of the charges, it was all verbal. I have more work to go, but this company, who claims to cater to older people, only appears to take advantage of us

Professional and knowledgeable. I needed numerous window screens repaired and they did a great job. They contacted me right away, gave me a very reasonable quote, picked up the screens a couple days later and brought them back to install within a couple hours. They looked like new! I was very impressed with this company and their work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The person they sent for the job took all day and was an hour late to install one door. There are still gaps at the bottom Rhonda called to say she would make an appointment to come out to review, but has not followed up. The installer had to return to make the deadbolt work but blamed the gaps at the bottom of the door on a manufacturing problem. Countryside chose where to buy the door, perhaps they should make it right.

Like most companys we have a time frame for Appointment times, and the contractor on this job had to deal with other issues once on the job, which took alittle longer to complete. But the client was not charged by the hour. The molding on the door didnt fully fit the door, was like that from Menards. Tuesdays was the only day we could return to fix the molding, we made several attempts to contact Pat B. she never returned our calls for 2 weeks. once we were able to return to finish the job, we did and fixed the problem. as you can see by our reviews we have good ratings. Thank you

Sonny came gave us a reasonable estimate. Sonny was the one who worked on the projects we had. He was patience, kind and did great work!

the young lady who you sent is efficient and very pleasant. She is flexible on whatever days and times I need her. She does a great job and makes our life so much easier.
