Country Spas & Pools, LLC, is a friendly, family owned and operated professional swimming pool Service Company. We've been in the pool business for 25 years. Our services include opening, closing, maintenance, and orientation, equipment sales, and repair service, supplies for pool owners in Burlington, Gloucester, Camden, and Mercer counties in New Jersey. We have a winter watch to help remove water from the cover, or in pool if you have a mesh safety cover, before freezing water cause damage to tile or coping. We check the pool during the winter. We'll be glad to help you with any problem you have. Give us a call and we'll answer all your questions. Country Spas & Pools, LLC, has manufacturer trained and certified maintenance professionals. They will get the job done right. Member of the Better Business Bureau of NJ, Association of Pool & Spa Professionals, North East Spa & Pool Association, Penn Jersey Pool & Spa Association. Treated me like I was family. Came right out, took their time to explain the problem. The work was quality on my pool heater. I would highly recommend and will be calling them again if I ever encounter any problem with my pool.

Project: Replace Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool
Country Pool and Spas uses and independent contractor for thier liner replacements - John Black Construction. John Black is okay, if you don't mind waiting and if you don't mind a lack of communication. I would not recommend on this basis.

John Black does a great liner replacement. He gets very busy this time of year. Many customers call in Jan or Feb to get on his job list.

Was selling my property and needed they safety inspection and repair everything necessary to certify the pool. They gave me a price of $695, they were not to responsive and there were numerous delays but in all fairness was due to weather but they didn't communicate when they were going to be late. They did the work and charged me $1200, they didn't let me know that the price was higher than quoted.. They didn't mention coping was in need of repair initially and wrote up inspection that pool was below satisfactory condition. I would have repaired whatever they wanted me to but to take my money and leave me hanging was very unprofessional.

The quote of $695.00 was to drain and clean the pool only. After visual inspection of the pool we immediately notified the homeowner that the pool could not be emptied due to unsafe wood walls and unsafe coping. We were in constant contact with the homeowner. The additional charges were authorized by the homeowner to repair the pool equipment and for the pool inspection report.
