The technican that did the job did a great job. He explained the job and kept me up dated on the project. When he finish the project it looked very good. I was pleased with the job that was done.

The company and professional was great but the product was not I don't like the dust bumps that are left and you are required to pay more to get them remioved. I also can see the dark spot I wanted gone so I rate the people great the product not so great Thanks Tommie Tallon

My experience overall was good, They had a couple of problems but corrected them in a satisfactory and timely manor. They were very easy to deal with.

I had a bathtub resurfaced, the job was done quickly and the quality of work was good. The issue that I had was that after the job was complete and I tried to have the warranty started in the name of the person who purchaesd the house which was the reason that I was having the resurface done anyway. The owner did not want to put the warranty under the other person's name. I explained that I would not be the owner of the house after two weeks but the company owner still did not want to stand behind his work for the new owners. Hopefully the quality is good and it will last for them.

They did not prepare the tub. It has a very rough service. The caulking between the tub and wall was not smoothed.

Project: Repair Laminate Countertops
A five-star contractor. Immediate response to inquiry. After discussions of the present situation it was determined that there was not a feasible solution to a very small burn other than replacement of the present section of the counter top. I elected not to replace the current counter top at this time but would definitely consider Counter Tops as a future reference.
