Wayne did a very nice job on the granite counter-top repair. It doesn't even look like there was ever a chip--which is a big relief! Additionally, he was a very nice, polite, and personable guy. He was over an hour late for the appt-- I might suggest he call folks if he expects to be late (just to know that he isn't lost or in a car wreck). However, overall service was excellent. I'd definitely use him again for a repair or consider/recommend him for full-up installation work.

I received a call within minutes of filling out online request. Wayne was in my home the same day & back at 8 a.m. the next morning to fix the corner that had broken off of my granite (I had a repair within 24 hours of my initial contact). It took over a week (and several reschedulings) to get someone out for an estimate and then another week of phone calls to get someone for the repair. However, everyone I spoke with was very friendly, and the repair was very well done.
