Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets
Phenominal Work. We had other bids but, Cota offerred the highest quality for the best value. We had started refinishing our kitchen cabinets & had numerous issues over a 2 month period. Mike gave us a fair estimate & provided old world craftsmanship that far exceeded our expectations. Our Kitchen cabinets were finished in a timely fashion & Cota's attention to customer service is what we all hope for and never usually get. Great job. We will use Cota again for future projects. Thanks again.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
I was quoted $250 for both the front door and screen door to be installed, and Cota let me know that the screen would be an additional amount to install. The project took hours longer to complete then initially told. Just extremly disappointed with the service, now I will have to find someone to install the screen door when I thought this would be completed today.

I failed in my communication with this client by not providing them with a written quote for the work described. When asked if I could install a screen door I said yes and the client assumed I would install both for the same price. The front door installation did take extra time due to a tight and out of square rough opening. No extra fee was charged for the additional labor.
