Cory was great! I arranged all of this completely over the phone, because we live out of state from the home I needed the work done in. Cory is very professional, got the job completed quickly, and his price was very reasonable. Cory was always quick to respond, to any messages I left, but most of the time he answered his phone as soon as I called. I could tell he really takes pride in his work and  making sure the customer is happy. I did have the realtor look at the work when it was finished and she said it was great! Very pleased and I would highly recommend Cory.
