Communication was very poor. When I called the company to inquire when they were going to begin installing the roofing system, I was told they would check it out and call me right back. However, they didn't call me right back. I finally called them the next day. The installer told me he was going to start installing the pannels on a certain day but didn't show up and didn't call me to let me know when he was going to begin working. Finally over a month after I signed the contract and after several calls to the company my roofing was installed.

The salesman/representative is no longer with Cornett. He was curteous and efficient with me. He took proper notes for the job. When I received the contract his statement was nebulous. It stated, "Labor to instal metal standing seam roof". So I wrote a more specific contract with detail. Cornett subcontracts its labor to instal which is much wiser and better efficient management than keeping a crew on full time. They also have their own extruder which allows for no screw holes for water to creep in to. It is like seemless gutters only for metal roofs. When I asked for proof of a current business license, Ashley kindly provided it.

Were very prompt. Did a really nice job. I waited until we had storms and the roof does not leak. They recommended a shingle style metal roof and it does look beautiful. The guarantees are what sold us initially. Don't expect a perfect clean up job or your landscaping to be untouched. I did have to rescue a shrub from the axe the roofers were using to level the ground the ladder was on. Also don't expect perfect clean up unless you have no landscaping. I had to ask to not have cigarette butts in the yard. However my roof was a REAL challenge and in the end the parts that were not perfect had nothing to do with the roof or product.

Price was right, Give us a lot of suggestions , No sales pressure, He come in showed us his product and let us make up our mind.I feel like the crew that did the work went the extra mile on a lot of things they did.The owner stopped by and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the roof

The first time I met with representative, he took me for the tour of their manufacturing and office building. It is mazing. He was very friendly and had a good customer service. I signed the contract on July/26/2010. Today Aug.7th they statrted the work on my property. (so far so good). Thanks Cornett

up front with all information, proud of their product, showed up and completed work in four days. roofing crew waisted no time....answered all of my questions and concerns...am not happy with the job...I am more than over joyed with the product, job!

Excellent job. We love our new roof. Great job by the installers. Company is awesome to work with. They go above and beyond the installation process. We can't say enough good things about this company. Top notch A+ rating.
