Bid was in line with work. Kept the agreed upon schedule. Complete when projected. Work was first rate, cleaned up after job, leaving area ready for next step. Very professional. Explained all steps the would take and then completed them all. Excellent job.

John was a pleasure to work for and with , he had two doors in which he wanted them hung in an opening that was to big - so I took off the casings & jambs and pulled in from both sides. the project came out pretty sweet and John is very pleased.

Joseph is very thorough and does not take short cuts. He went beyond the call of duty in completing my project. I highly recommend Cornerstone Construction.

Doris had a bad mold problem growing on her ceiling, I cut out a large chunk of the ceiling to eliminate the spreading of the mold , it was green,fuzzy and black, not a good sign,must have been growing for some time. As I was in the tape and bed stage , it started to rain very hard, I heard rain hitting the top of the ceiling , so I went in to the attic and noticed that the plywood on the roof had a quarter size hole and that there were 2 nails holes letting rain come thru the roof, I went to the truck grabbed some elastomatic roof sealer filled the gap and sheathing joint and stop the leak ,with no extra charge,Doris is very pleased

Kept me informed of progress during the job. Reccomended the best of several solutions, Solved my problem and did quality work in a timely manner.

We were contacted to repair a metal roof of an existing barn that was about 80' x 100' Ft. I gave Jim some options on approaching the problem , Jim decided on what he wanted done and we went about to correct the issue, we also noticed that many metal panels were also loose so we screwed 1 1/2" galvanized coarse head screws with a combo metal/rubber washers ( perfect to protect roof from leaking ),we screwed the entire roof again and it really locked together the panels as if re-done with new metal . the whole roof is tight and firm. Jim is pleased............

Joe was responsive to work time line and was able to meet deadline. I was disappointed with some workmanship, follow thru and cleanup.

In my 32 years in the constuction business I have grown to care and try to provide the best possible service to everyone, and with the thousands of people I have worked for I have never come accross a person that I could not please until now, no matter what I tried to do this gentleman would not be happy. Overall I gave him work that others there have said was beautiful , while he was finding fault with everything, I still gave him free labor,free materials and completed all my task's for him . He never mentioned that he was un-happy with anything , I can't figure him out, he told him me everything was great and so that's how I left the job.

We were called to replace some old/damaged ceiling tiles,as we were working thru the many rooms we found more ceiling tiles that were also damaged, without an additional charge to the owner we went ahead and fixed the tiles and put others back in place, we wanted to bless the owner with a professional and a clean job

Joe and Antonio did a great job! The drywall repair and texturing came out very nice. After scraping the ceiling and removing wallpaper we saw that the builder had cut corners, and Joe said he would take care of it because it had to be done right. They worked hard to finish the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. I am thankful for their integrity and hard work. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We came in to fix some damaged drywall/spackle, also to remove wallpaper in the master bathroom.When we removed the wallpaper we found that the tape/bed was not completed, so without an extra charge to the homeowner,we finished the spackle ,sanded, then sprayed a nice finish texture over all the walls. The project was still completed on time and improved incredibly.On some jobs, you will find hidden unfinished work by previous contractors, we are committed to complete each project to it's full capacity, we will fix all hidden disasters. The home owner installed some drywall in this attic room and started doing some tape and bed , but he decided not to complete the high work and so he called us to finish the drywall and spackle . so we repaired some drywall , installed the rest of the drywall and pulled down some tape work that was done and re-tape the entire room and 2nd and 3rd coated. we also sprayed a orange peel texture . The job had many crooked studs because of sitting empty for 11 years, however the work we performed came out better then expected. It was beautiful ,Overall the quality of work performed was exceptional .

I wanted a wall built, he help me draw a plan for the job. Looked at magazines and other places, to find just what I wanted. He did an excellent job for the wall.

We had come in and assisted on building a few walls , framing , drywall , tape & bed , spray texture ,crown molding , baseboards trim and paint , the job came out beautiful and we kept the jobsite extremely clean every day .
