He didn't try to sell me anything or tell me things were wrong (as a matter of fact he said my chimney was in pretty good shape and was one of the easiest/cleanest he would probably do that day. He also told me what I would need to do at some point in the future (put in a metal liner and re-point the chimney on the roof). He was very personable and I have already given his name and phone number to two friends who will call him when the are ready to have their chimney's cleaned.
