The installation of the air conditioner was very good. But, there was additional work on my side yard where they cut out a 10 foot section of a 3 /12 foot rise and did excellent work in the cementing and laying of the brick blocks.  However, they had to cut a section about 8 inches wide to put the pipe under it, but they had a young man who did not finish the cementing of it, and the wall stucco was faulty.  I called to complain since I paid adequately for all the extra work.  They rejected my complaint and would not even come and see the faulty work.  I won't recommend them because in my phone call they were abusive.
