Contacted immediately which is great because this is a rental property and I was 60 miles away and the tenant had two blocked sides on the kitchen sink. They were courteous, fast and very efficient. I ended up with other issues that needed to be taken care of and with each there was a phone call to ask what I wanted to give permission for and sent digital pictures for me to see the problem for myself. Thank goodness for Cordes Engineering because they caught a large hole in a pipe that remarkably hadn't flooded the house yet.
