Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
Phil never provided written estimates. Quality of work was okay, but not as promised. He said I would not see a seam between two sections of crown moulding installed, but a seam is clearly visible. Customer service was not good, in that he repeatedly failed to keep scheduled appointments or telephone me at times he said he would. Additionally, while he was at my home on the last occasion, I asked him to re-install a tile rack onto a bathroom wall, but he never came back to my home to replace the rack or telephone me about it. I tlephoned him a week or so later and left a message for him to call me, but he hasn't returned my call.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
job was started but did not finish the way we would have liked it and not in the time frame originally set up , i finally hired another person to finish the detail of fastening the carpet which he was suppose to do
