First, let me say Ed was very nice and prompt and we got it fixed. However, #1 irk, walking through my swamped with sewage basement and then through my house where my toddler plays...nasty...get some booties. #2 Our drain backed up again 2 days after his first trip. He insisted that it must have become blocked by something falling in(my fault)..possible yes, probable no...I've been there 7 yrs, no blockages, and now I have a 2nd unrelated problem 2 days later...Ummmm...I don't think you did it right the first time. At least it only cost me an extra $175 instead of another $240. Hasn't followed up on an unrelated project as requested

I will not use this individual again. The finished price was $50 ovre the esstimate. He knew everthing, before the job. Insisted on doing an item HIS way on the fixture. He was asked to leave it alone, but he insisted. I have a large scratch onb my marble (approximately 3 inches). This was my home and my wishes should have been honored. His workmanship on the whole was above average, but his customer service needed something to be desired.
