This guy was great, I had a small pipe that needed to be put in a stove. He was my 1st quote and my BF insisted I get another quote which was a let down because I immediately liked this guy. Reasonable price efficient and kept his card. Will definately use him again

Jeff does outstanding work and he is always punctual. The quote was spot on and despite the small setback in our project he worked around it. On the two occasions he rescheduled he called me the day before to let me know. His efficiency doing rough-in work and doing finish work surprised me. We are keeping Copperline Plumbing in our list of go-to contractors.

Jeff Lowe came in and found the problem is 5 minutes. He had the necessary parts on his truck which saved both of us time and money. Jeff saw the problem once the cover plate was removed. He showed the cause of the water leak which was obvious to even me but was not noticed by two other technicians. This could have lead to a longer stay on the job and maybe an unnecessary repair. The bottom line is that Jeff Lowe of Copperline was an excellant choice and I want to thank Service Magic for their part in this problem being resolved. Thanks to you all. Beats cold calling and using the yellow pages.

Project: Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition
I tried to deal with about a dozen plumbers and found 80% of them to be irresponsible. I don't know how a trade can get away with it and still stay in business. Anyway Jeff scored a lot of points with us. He returned my phone calls, showed up in a snow storm to quote the job, showed up on time to work on the job, worked well with my contractor, did a great job that passed inspection the first time, and gave me the best price out of everyone who quoted.
