was a bit on the pricey side and it is hard to get Joe (the owner) on the phone, but the work was done right.

We had some ceramic tiles break in the kitchen counter. I spoke to Jay over the phone and via email. He gave me some advice on where to find matching replacement tiles. The Florida tiles that were used in the kitchen remodel more than 10 years ago were no longer available anywhere that we could find. Luckily we had some left over new tiles in a box in the garage. Jessie came to do the repair and did a great job. The repairs look brand new. There was the possibility that other tiles could have broken during the removal, however, he did not break any. We are very satisfied and the repair cost was reasonable.

Project: Install Natural Stone Tile
Cool's Custom performed very well with the tile and stone counter top work for our remodeled bathroom. They came out, assessed the job and gave us a reasonable quote. Work was done on schedule and at the quoted price. The tile for the shower and floor was installed well, along with the stone counter tops for the two bathroom vanities. I would hire them again for any additional tile work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality tile installation.

Jay's marketing package was very informative. He and his crew were very responsive both in the quickness of starting & completing the job as well as suggesting options for my consideration. The crew worked very efficiently. Definitely a high quality operation.

I hired Cool's Custom because they have experience with insurance companies. They wrote the estimate, and coordinated the claim with the adjuster. When my Home Owner's Insurance Company (Balboa) decided not to pay me the full amount, Jay Cool came to Small Claims Court with me and helped win my case. The work was completed in a timely manner. It looks great. The tile floors are awesome. The tile guys even solved a problem with installing the kitchen counter and prevented my counter from being cut to install. These guys have years of experience. They know a lot of stuff and it shows in their workmanship. They did my walls, floors and kitchen.

The entire project proceeded extremely efficiently. From the first phone call to the drawings to final installation, it couldn't have more smoothly. Jay Cool was very responsive to our needs and made sure everything was done to our utmost satisfaction. Jay delivered what he promised and more! I can't thank Jay and the rest of the crew for their great work. When we are ready to do more work on our house we will definitely give Cool's Custom a call.

The quality of the work was good, but communication was an issue at times. We were disappointed that the owner did not come to collect the final payment and review the final work with us.

Very excellent service; friendly, on time, great work; staff cleaned up well. It was a very COOL experience from start to finish. They retiled and created a mortar mesh wall (I'm probably not saying this right) in a tub and floor that are somewhat oddly shaped. Original estimate was closely adhered to. Thanks so much. Tyane

Fast response to request for quote. Completed job on day promised. Did excellent job overall. Very professional - Jay and the rest of his employees we worked with. Cleaned up daily, final cleanup was complete. Excellent price for work. Our friends have already complemented us on the quality of the work and how nice the new tile in our kitchen/dining area looks. Recommend Cool's Custom heartily and without hesitation.
