Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Reasonable price but they never finished the job! We called for 6 months afterward trying to get them to finish. Installed the AC unit then said they had to measure and cut the aluminum covering to fit and that they would bring it back within two weeks.(Never heard from them) AC only blows into 2 rooms and we asked them to come fix it because it worked in all rooms before they started. Never heard from them again on this either.

We installed this PCK AC unit on a mobile home about one year ago. At the time of the installation they told me they where borrowing the money and need this job has cheep has possible. When we arrived to install the job we found that all the duct work under the home was bad, animals had gotten into it and the duct work was falling apart. The told us the could not afforded to replace the duct work, we went ahead and replaced the duct work to the add on room so that the air was not blowing under the home at no change. (this is the two AC vents that is working now). The rest of the home needs the duct work replaced and they would get air flow

Cool Zone installed an AC unit at my house, and it has worked very well. However, he finished at nearly 9 o'clock at night and insisted on being paid in full before the inspection could be done. He threatened to tear it out if I didn't pay him.

We installed this unit about a year ago, they signed the sale agreement with the sale terms, No Money down, payment in full up on completion. After we completed the install the owner tells my crew he would not pay until the buld inspection is done. That was not the upfront agreement, I offered to let him pay 90% until after inspection he said no, it left me with no choice but to remove the equipment, how ever the customer paid the bill in full, passed inspection and have had no service problems with this unit.
