I think they both were awesome work was done fast no complains whatsoever just wished it would've been cheaper but otherwise can't complain at all!

Cool Valley professional was very knowledgeable about AC systems and offered me a good evaluation and service. The part not so good was the confusing way they bill for service. I think I payed too much for the service received.

Cool Valley repaired my A/C extremely well. They were knowledgeable and proficient in their work. Life without an A/C is miserable, especially when you are pregnant, so my hats off to them for repairing mine so well. They even came the same day, which other places I called could not sqeeze me in. I feel that their prices were fair. They gave us the option of platinum, gold, silver, and band-aid prices, so I knew exactly what I was getting. We will definately recommend Cool Valley to our friends and family. Thank you Gary and Aaron!!!

We are not happy at all. We were way over-charged for a simple thermostat replacement! They charged us $270! We used Cool Valley AC and Heat from Spanish Fork, UT. What can be done about this?? No written estimate before work was done.

As i recall, after we went through your complete system and found the problem was related to your thermostat, I brought in three thermostats for you to review explained the functions features and benefits of all, then ask which would suit you best as All of them come with a Life time Warranty that we offer, I also recall how Pleased you were with the manor in which we served you... Regardless of the Comments you had, have published on my reviews, I will Always provide the Warranty which we offer. I do trust your system is working well after we cleaned and serviced your system.the total cost was not for the thermostat Alone

They came in on time, fixed it to my satisfaction and of course I think they charged to much, but I feel that way about most everything

I would NOT hire this PRO again! Was not happy with what happened after they got hire to do job. tried to sell me more then what I had asked for. tried to sell me service I DIDN"T need.

It troubles me to hear such comments, however we are a full Service company and we like to offer the Best possible service.
As a custom we Always look for things that Could save Home owners and keep their hard earned dollars in there pocket by offering options such as a Service Agreement where they would receive Two semi annual tune-up's, 15% discount on any repairs if needed. So the fact is, it wasn't something he didn't Need it was something he didn't want! We offer options ultimately we give You choice's. We do wish the Best for Greg G; and would be at his service if he needed it sometime down the road.

Our heater was not working and temps were in 30s. They reponded quickly and within a few hours (and when they said the would) were at the house. Diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate and made the repairs within an half an hour. Were courteous, wore covers over their shoes and cleaned up. It was good to get the heat on again.
