Original company (One Hour) did not seem to know what they were doing or I thoughtI I coud get a better price for the part they said needed replacing. The owner for coolrus said he could get the part cheaper but that he wanted to check it out as he thought it needed something else. it did. He even went out of his way to check to see if the unit was still under waranty. Coolair was Hoinest and reliable

(1) Fast response -- end-of-week, late-in-day, after determining optimal replacement dispatched employee to snatch new a/c unit just before distributor closed, managed 11th hour permitting. (2) Most competitive honest price, no tricks or switches. (3) Delivered on all promises -- extras, freebies. (4) Courteous hard-working knowlegeable crew. (5) Attention to detail, e.g. drain spout moved further from foundation and line buried; employee covered work boots with house slippers when rewiring thermostat inside.
