My York gas furnace had failed during the night. I got on line with servicemagic and noted Cool Breeze excellent reviews. I called Cool Breeze and Linda promised that Ron, the owner and lead technician, would "get to me today . .  it may be 7:30 pm, but he will be there today." Linda called me throughout the day to keep me updated on Ron's potential arrival time. Ron arrived at 7 pm. Ron diagnosed the problem with our furnance, went out of his way to Baltimore to get the part and fixed our furnace. Great folks . . fair price Rating: Provided By: Michail A.
