The lady was informative, but I just did not get that complete experience that one looks to find. I want my furnace to be complete and in top shape, but they did not take the initiative to do some simple things. In fairness, they generally did the minimum which is what I requested. A great service provider would do things without me having to point them out.

Cooks came in quickly, found our problem and gave us the best solution for fixing it. Pam showed us how to maintain our unit and the charge was very reasonable. We will be using Cooks for our future needs.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Pam did the work of replacing my AC unit as promised. However, she was not able to come up with a rebate form from Xcel. I called her many timesover the course of 3 weeks. She never returned my call a single time and I could only get a hold of her if I were able to get her to answer her cell. It turned out that Cook's is not listed as a certified contractor with Xcel and they only provide rebates to contractors who are listed. If you look to benefit from an Xcel rebate, I would not recommend going with Cook.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Within 1 minute of submitting my email, I had a call from Pam. Pam was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my question. I was impressed that she wass not just a dispatcher or the receptionist. She came out to the job site and assisted with the installation. Because of my satisfaction with Cook's service, I've hired them to do a second water heater replacement this coming Monday
