They did an outstanding job. They were very quick with the floor installation. They were very personable, very friendly guys. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody who was getting any type of flooring done, whatsoever. Very top quality crew, difinitely recommend them.

Both representatives from Cook's Flooring were on time to the appointment for providing an estimate. They were very accommodating by scheduling a late appointment to suit my availability. Additionally, they had product samples to show and offered to provide other options at a later date. The estimate provided was completed on site and on company forms. They provided me with a professionally made business card and maintained a professional presence throughout our meeting. Finally, their estimate was the most competitive of the three estimates that I did receive.

I had hardwood floors put in my dining room,living room and hallway. I was very pleased with Cooks Flooring they were very professional and took the time to do the job right. I had a few estimates and they were by far the best on price. I will definately use them again when I do the bedrooms.I highly recomend them to everyone.

Mr. Cook and his associate John were very professional in their work and attitudes. I was very pleased with the hardwood floor refinishing job that was performed at my home. Cooks Flooring was very puntual, they were here when they said that they would be and if something came up that they were running a little late Mr. Cook would call ahead and let me know, yet another sign of a true professional who takes pride in his job. The work was completed on time just as promised and very reasonably priced to match. Very satisfied and would call Mr. Cook again if I ever require more floor work to be done. Great Job!!!! Ward
