He did a great job and a great value

Poor attention to detail - had to redo the patio retaining walls due to improper measuring - had to remove sand base when installing pavers - did not level properly

The scope of this work was to provide a 2"x12" treated wood frame and backfill with crushed rock and paver sand in preparation for paver installation. We made a measuring mistake that we had to correct, and did so at the Owner's direction, in a fast and friendly manner. Owner installed pavers. The project was accepted and paid for by the Owner.

Charlie was friendly, did good work,but not timly and difficult to get him to complete the job. Good news- we did not pay him till completion but a two day job at the most took about a month to complete because would only work a couple hours a week. The positive was that he was very reasonably priced.

This review is unfair and inaccurate. This project was to fix a lawn sprinkler system that was installed by a homeowner many years earlier, using sub standard parts, with many corners cut to avoid costs. The system had not been used in a few years and deteriorated over time. We requested the homeowner have the meter cleaned prior to the repair work due to very low pressure and flow. The Owner requested that remote control valves be replaced after the work began. Additionally, the weather caused delays as the system had to be drained 3 times and work rescheduled.
