Project: Remodel a Basement
Andrea is very thorough and professional and when she was on site she did a great job pointing out problems and or things that she needed the subs to fix. She came in much lower than the other contractors as well.

Pre-award communication was excellent. Could use improvement in progress/status reporting. The quality and timeliness of subs was excellent. Really good at keeping costs down.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Andrea corbin is very easy to work with, always prompt and very knowledgable. Her carpenters were talented and worked overtime to get projects completed on time. She is in the process of adding staff to her company, and I think a project manager would have been helpful during our remodel.

Project: Remodel to Accommodate a Disability
Fabulous experience. Began with the perfect, innovative bathroom remodeling design and expanded to the kitchen and custom double entry doors. Our project manager provided and maintained detailed scheduling and execution of all projects and used talented and energetic sub-contractors, The end-results are cost-effective and stunning. I enthusiastically recommend Andrea, Desiree and the whole Contract Design team for any home remodeling job. They wil not disappoint!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Ms. Corbin was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. I was very grateful for her ability to seek out and secure reasonable prices for various products installed in my house. I have never felt so comfortable spending 10K. Other contractors were going to charge twice the amount of Ms. Corbin, so I decided to work with her. I was also impressed with her design abilities and took all recommendations she made with regard to styling within my bathroom and basement refinish. Many family members and friends who saw the work were equally impressed. I would rehire her company for future projects.

We love working with Andrea. She has fantastic design ideas, shops around to find the best deals on materials, sells materials to you at cost and instead is paid a fair percentage of the entire job. We've already had her team tile our laundry room floor and paint the laundry room walls. The guys did a fantastic job!!!! We just LOVE it! The guy who painted the stripes was so meticulous and planned out the stripes so well; we're very impressed with his work! We've hired her team to do a lot more work throughout the house and we can't wait to see the fnished product.
