Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
The folks at Birchwood Builders helped me out of a bind. I needed the stairs for my deck built in a hurry as I wanted to get my house on the market. The previous owner did a crappy job of building stairs so the Birchwood folks had to start from scratch. They quoted me a price to replace the posts and rebuild the steps with stringers. They didn't replace all of the posts and the job was adequate. If was staying, I would not have been happy. The cost to rebuild the steps using the same Trex, new stringers, new railings, new posts, was over $3000. They were the only builders available in the timeframe . . .

Punctual and courteous. Workmanship appears good, but some explanation of completed work appearance would have avoided a later inquiry.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
Birchwood builders responded to my request for quote in a very timely manner. They recommended a quality product and gave me a fair price. They answered all of my many questions, installed my new skylights on time, were careful with my home and furnishings and did such a good job cleaning up, I would have never known that they had been there. I highly recommend Birchwood Builders. In fact, I asked them to come to my home today, to quote a painting job.

Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets
I couldn't be happier with the completed job by Birchwood Builders. Art did an amazing job sanding and staining my existing maple bathroom cabinets. They were a very light color and I picked out a dark chocolate brown. After they were finished you would never guess they were not the original color. They looked beautiful! Art was very professional, timely, and always returned my calls. I have worked with many different types of contractors and can honestly say this was the most stress free experience I have had. I look forward to working with Birchwood on my next project!

Art and his crew were very polite, communicated well, had fast service for our project and an excellent job done. I would hire again in a heartbeat. It was a pleasure to have Art work in our home.
