Rich developed a health issue that affected the progress of the project. I  was patient and sympathetic.  However,communication was poor. He had a helper but didn't utilize him to his potential. I ended up grouting tile myself, had to clean other tile he grouted in the shower.  Towards the end the quality his work was poor as he was anxious to move on to other projects.  Molding chipped and cracked during demo was not repaired and I was left to stain & poly woodwork & seal my grout plus regrout a section he did as "a favor" for my patience during his illness.  I am still finding mistakes. I was very disappointed in his lack of integrity.
