I hired Construction Services to do the foundation, framing, rough plumbing, and windows for my 2nd floor addition. I was very pleased with the work they did and the cost was very reasonable. Bob and his crew were very easy and pleasant to work with. They were on the job every day - 6 days a week most of the time. I was also pleased with their workmanship - I did not have any concerns or issues. They addressed all issues from the inspectors in a timely fashion. Change orders were were easily handled and reasonably priced. I would again hire Bob and his crew for any future constructions projects I have.

Excellent experience. Construction Services completed my addition ahead of schedule, were very quick to address problems and correct them, and the crews arrived promptly. Costs for changes (my request) were reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Bob and Hal's team did a very good job on our remodel. There were numerous owner driven changes during the job and they priced the changes fairly and did a nice job of keeping everything moving along within the schedule. Would be happy to work with them in the future.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

So far we are about 60% done with our major remodel , including an addition of a family room and master bedroom suite (700 sq ft added.) Value and quality are all very good. Bob has been excellent to work with; he is very honest and professional. I would not hesitate to use Construction Services again for future projects. They are very good about quickly taking care of any problems that come up, and customer changes and additions seem to be priced very fairly. We are very happy with our choice of contractors so far.
