I purchased a product that has lifetime service from this company, but they won't come out and provide the service. They won't respond to my emails or phone calls. I am forced to have to take legal action.

Company was easy to work with, professional and right on target for the money. The project was completed on time and I am very pleased with the end result. Dominic and his father are a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again without question.

My purchase and installation of my new replacement windows was generally a gcame out. I had signed a contract with another company to do the work but after ood experience. I was really impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Dominick the sales rep. who talking with Dominick who showed me the Sunrise Window and gave me a great price, I cancelled with the other company. I was very disappointed with the manufacturer's ability to deliver my windows in a timely fashion. However, Dominick was able to extend a discount which was given by the manufacturer. This really expressed Construction Express' desire to keep me as a satisfied customer.

I had six Sunrise casement windows installed. Dominick was very professional and dependable. He responded quickly to my requests, always answered my questions, and addressed my concerns after the windows were installed. His installation crew was efficient and neat. They worked well together and cleaned up all debris. I definitely would recommend Construction Express to others that are looking for replacement windows.

Dominick from Construction Express made every part of this job seem easy. He was readily accessible to speak with and answer questions and was very knowledgeable in presenting the window options being offered. The communication throughout the process never left me to have any doubts as to what was going on. Once the work began, the guys were very professional and polite, not to mention thorough and efficient. I would call Construction Express again no matter what the project was to see if they could help.

If more home problems could run as smoothly as the experience I had with Construction Express, life would be so much easier. Everything went so smoothly, it was the most simple thing I've had done lately. Dominick was very professional, courteous, and most friendly. It was Fabulous! Dominick came out to take a look at my window and after he listened to my concerns, he showed me what he could do to rectify the problem. He wasn't pushy at all and he even suggested the possibility of repairing my window to save money, but after hearing everything that he had available, I decided to have him do all of the windows. He was the only honest person I talked to out of everyone. This company is a real diamond-in-the-rough! The installation was easy, stress-free, and a complete joy. Dominick was great, Terry, his head carpenter was courteous and sooo respectful of my home. I highly, highly recommend this company!
