Installed new porcelain shelves & replaced tiles related to plumbing work. Attempted to refinish our pink/black tile & tub. Identify leak issue with our roof. <br /> <br />The result of tile installs were average. Tiles are not level among themselves both on the wall & floor. The refinishing was a nightmare - used a spray paint that had 35 drips, didn't bond & had a terrible finish! He offered to correct/repaint, but we chose to go with another company for this phase. Corrected leak well and reasonably. <br /> <br />Scott is a nice guy with good prices but often arrived 2-3 hours late. Rating: Project: Deck or Porch - Build or Replace Scott is a great guy to work with; very friendly and personable.  HIs work is gorgeous and I love the deck.  However, there was an issue with the steps that could have been avoided… Read Complete Rating Scott is a great guy to work with; very friendly and personable.  HIs work is gorgeous and I love the deck.  However, there was an issue with the steps that could have been avoided by better planning or drawings before construction.  Because this was an odd space to work with, I think drawings before hand would have totally avoided the problem and they would not have just ended up somewhere randomly but where I had stated I wanted them.     <br />Otherwise, as I said, the deck is gorgeous and I'm very happy with it, just not under it :( Rating: Project: Basement - Remodel First, this is not Arthur Schneider. His name is Scott Schneider. <br />Always late. <br />Needed to be constantly supervised to ensure he is working well and he is using the materials per job specifications <br />Often look for payment before he finished the part of job stated in the contract. <br />Frequently want to move onto another aspect of the job before he has properly finished the first part. <br /> <br />
