Concrete Etc. was very friendly and diligent in their work. They were reasonable with price too. We were doing concrete floors for our family room which takes a certain technique so when I wanted to see their work they were quick to show me concrete they had done in the past. We have future projects we are going to be working and we will certainly be calling them.

Project: Install Stamped Concrete
In the beginning, the colors offered were not available and we had to change the colors on the last day. When the concrete was poured, the first half of the project was not antiqued and the second half of the project came out in two colors because the antiquing was not done correctly so for one month after the original concrete was poured we had three different colors that we could do nothing about. Randy tried to fix it but could not. He agreed to have a color specialist come out and stain and seal the concrete to try and fix the colors. The color specialist fixed most of the patio but did not finish it. Randy will not return our calls.

Randy was the only one of the three referrals who came right away, offered a professional opinion and bid, for the work I needed done. Furthermore, when we ran into a glitch with the FH permit process, he went beyond what I would reasonable expect from a contractor to get it straightened out. He completed the work in plenty of time (ahead of schedule and under budget) as well as he took care of the final inspection etc.

The work was done well. There were initially problems with call back in relation to scheduling. Once the job was scheduled, everything went smoothly. The work was done on schedule and in a professional manner.
