Great initial consult

The team was easy with which to work. Crew were all very friendly and were extremely masterful about their work product.

Shawn was extremely helpful , quick to return calls and follow up on questions/issues. I plan on updating my master bath and will have him bid that, as well. I rated the Quality as a "3" because the grout used on my backsplash is already deteriorating and coming out after less than five months (I have yet to contact Shawn about this issue); outside of this problem, the balance of the work was more than satisfactory.

Owner paid himself $60/hr. To go to Home Depot to pick up smoke detectors. He had 2 men to do a punch list. They didn't speak English and it took 5 hours for them to remove a small bathroom soffit I fired the contractor within the day. He paid himself 6 hours for supervision though he was at the house for only an hour to explain the project to his workers. My total bill was over $750. Not a good value for the money.

Customer select a Time and Material contract. We did not charge Helen to go to Home Depot to pick up smoke detectors. We charged her for our time spent on the project per our T amd M agreement. We billed ($0) to the customer for soffit work. Customer does not mention we retextured the whole house at a reduced rate. Unfortunately, the customer simply could not be pleased:(

Shawn Humes is an excellent person to deal with. We are in the preliminary stages of getting estimates, but his professionalism and flexibility is the reason we enjoy working with him on this project so far and why we would consider him in the future.

He does exactly what I ask of him I have recommended him to more then several people. He goes above and beyond the services required.
