The gentleman was very expert on his knowledge of working on computers. He fixed my problem by installing more memory, checked for any viruses and fully explained any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him to any and all of my friends and family. A job well done.

Bob James responded very quickly to my request for a quote and also scheduled an appointment to meet my time frame. He was very thorough and offered many money saving and safety suggestions to this computer "novice", taking the time to explain everything to me. I am very satisfied with his service and also that his bill was as quoted. I will be happy to recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you, Bob and thank you, Service Magic!

Did a difficult job setting up a network in our old house - lines had to be run outside, down to the basement and back up. Network works perfectly. Installation took far longer than we had expected, requiring work on a second day. Price was quite reasonable, considering the amount of work involved. Would have been nice to get an estimate of time that might be required for the installation in advance. Otherwise, I am very satisified and would highly recommend his work.

Did a great job on an unusual repair. My cat removed a bunch of keys from my laptop keyboard and Concerto Networks were able to locate replacement parts and properly install them in a timely manner.

Mr. James was very accommodating, picking up the computer and delivering it, for no additional charge. As far as I can tell at this point, the job was done well. He also kept me informed of the progress of the job during the week. I wouild suggest, however, that he leave a receipt with the customer when he picks up the computer. It is disconcerting to have no record of the computer being entrusted to him.
