Took longer than originally slated. At this time have unanswered questions about the electrical.

The Concept Construction crew are down-to-earth, hard-working people. What they need is some organization & better coordination of their efforts. Unfortunately, I had to repeat myself via phone to Sandy/e-mails to Sandy & James/talking to the crew several times throughout drawing up the proposal, the re-model & when trying to wrap things up. Overall, I am content with the new windows, dry rot repair & other projects. I would advise anyone going forward with Concept to be persistent about your expectations, insist on receiving estimates PRIOR to services being provided & doing "walk-throughs" to point out items that may still need attention.

This young lady was a delight to work with, so we are surprised by her comments. She is very young and inexperienced, and a first-time home buyer, so perhaps that explains the fact that she consistently changed the contract. She kept adding more small items to the contract, and wanted the subs to do bids on each of them. That often just isn't possible. The major problem was with the painting that she wanted done, which she wavered on throughout the project. Then, when the final painting bill came, she objected to it, although it was very legitimate, and our company ended up paying part of the bill for her. We regret that she is unhappy.

The economy has given the best pros to the remodel market now. Sandy is a professional, and has a great eye for design. And having James on the job-site was a tremendous plus for productivity and quality work. This company knows what YOU'RE going through on a remodel, and keeps the work-site organized AND calm. My thanks to Sandy, Chuck, James and the entire crew. This remodel should have been on TV.

Very quick and detailed work.

Excellent communication, availability, and overseeing of project by Sandra. All subs demonstrated excellent craftsmanship and were prompt and ready to work. They kept on schedule and adapted when the unexpected occurred (that happens during remodels)! The price was on the upper end of four estimates received; money was well spent!

veryimpressed with workers, very respectfull , good workers , Sandy is wonderfull to talk with about your project and understands how to schdule the work . my bathroom did not get sound proofed to the ajecant bedroom wall and I did not realize I had to ask for this to be done . My kitchen granite and backsplash is beautiful.we did get a smaller sink than expected. and was not informed untill it was already placed.

They did wonderful work on the brick siding, they were always on time, and cleaned up the job-site like they were never here.

The work has been completed and we are pleased with the outcome. Sandy Emrick is not an easy person to work with. She is great at making sure the work is done and the project completed in the time frame agreed upon. We had difficulty getting the items we wanted and not the items Sandy thought we should have. Lots of communication problems. I would recommend anyone using this company should be sure to ask loads of questions up front and get every detail in the contract. The workers she uses are really good, hard working people and the job was completed on time and we are happy with the outcome.

We had a great experience working with Sandy. She quickly understood what I wanted to achieve during the remodel and had the perfect tile and counter recommendations. I didn't have to run around to get ideas as she brought the samples to me. With my busy schedule I appreciated this very much. She was very organized and provided a detailed schedule from start to finish and what would occur on each day. Additionally she was great at communicating any changes to the schedule. Sandy is very professional and provides exceptional customer service. I will definitely contact her when we are ready to start our next remodel project.
