Good end result. Friendly people. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact that they told me I would get a lock for the gate but it turned out that it couldn't be done.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN REPLACING THE GATE MOTOR, BUT IT WAS NOT WITHOUT SOME MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WHICH THEY CORRECTED. UNFORTUNATELY, THE AUTOMATIC CLOSE FEATURE CLOSED ERRATICALLY AND IT SCRATCHED THE CAR AND UPSET MY WIFE (DRIVING AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT). THE GATE WAS EVENTUALLY FIXED AND WORKING WELL. THE SCRATCHES NOT SO WELL. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND QUITE EASY TO WORK WITH. I'M SURE THE CAR INCIDENT IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THEIR USUAL PERFORMANCE.
