After more than a week of leaving repeated messages attempting to get computer repair vendors to simply return my calls, I was THRILLED with Service Magic and Computer Castle. Within five minutes of submitting my request, I was speaking with an actual live person at Computer Castle. The team was clearly familiar with the problem I was experiencing and was 90% sure of the necessary fix before even seeing my computer. They provided multiple repair options and completed the fix in a timely manner for a very reasonable fee. Don't waste your time seeking out the "always there - call us 24/7" phony ad vendors. Just call Computer Castle!

I was unable to complete the installation of an internet camera. within an hour Matt of Computer Castle had my camera working and accessible over the interent. Great work, and a great attitude.. THANKS

We had a computer emergency. A desktop that was critical to functioning in our business was not working. Computer Castle responded promptly and got us up and running. Not only that -he helped us with a problem two other computer techs could not. We will be calling Computer Castle again. Thank you.
