After more than a week of leaving repeated messages attempting to get computer repair vendors to simply return my calls, I was THRILLED with Service Magic and Computer Castle.  Within five minutes of submitting my request, I was speaking with an actual live person at Computer Castle.  The team was clearly familiar with the problem I was experiencing and was 90% sure of the necessary fix before even seeing my computer.  They provided multiple repair options and completed the fix in a timely manner for a very reasonable fee.  Don't waste your time seeking out the "always there - call us 24/7" phony ad vendors.  Just call Computer Castle!
