After more than 2 months, still waiting CSBC counter top sub to replace the Granite backsplash that was cracked during installtion.   Since I am holding money more than sufficent to cover the replacment I have not pressed the issue.   But it is dragging on.   <br />If this issue had been resolved promptly the rating would have been "Very Good".   <br />The CSBC workmen/craftmen were very professional and courtieous and the tile and finish work was excellent.  I am extremely pleased with the final product.
