He came out 1 week prior to service to give me an estimate. Showed on scheduled date 10 minutes early. I would have liked a call maybe the day before as I needed to move alot of furniture in preparation but as I said he was early, fast and the carpet came out better than I expected.

Gerry started work as soon as he arrived – no down time. We felt comfortable enough with Gerry that we left him alone in the house while we went out for Sunday brunch. Yes, I said Sunday! Gerry is a very hard worker and finds the time that suits your schedule, not his. Gerry is a very affable young man - a family man. I will be calling him again the next time I need my carpets cleaned. He did an outstanding job at a very affordable price.
