This was not an encounter with a 'professional'.  The first scheduled appointment was not kept nor did I receive any notification from Complete Home Solutions advising there may be an issue. I had to call Complete Home Solutions to find out that no one would be arriving at my house on the first appointed day. On all subsequent appointments the non professional was at least 30 minutes late despite being asked to call if he was running late.White towels hanging in my bathroom were used apparently to clean debris without asking permission & items were placed back under the sink even though it was wet.
