The day I interviewed Frank about the job, he called me within 30 minutes to let me know he found the crown molding I wanted and sent me an estimate by email for the job that night. After I selected him to do the job he kept me informed on all aspects of the job, and it was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the end result.
