Project: Repair a Tankless Water Heater System
Mike is doing a great job in helping us get our tankless heater fixed. We have repaired the heating elements only to find out that the sensor was out and that's why we can't consistantly have hot water. Compass is keeping us notified of what is going on and Mike is great to work with.

Was prompt, job took longer that antisipated. Ice Maker Water line broke and promptly returned to fix the line. I would use them again.

Great response time. Call went in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night and he was here by 8:00pm. Only took him 35min to diagnose and fix the problem with our water heater. I have an in home daycare so it is vital to have hot water for the sake of my business let alone my family. Definately will be calling again.

Compass was superb. Cameout to bid the job, bid it at $600 (other bid was $2000!) did the job immediately. Nice people, good workers, cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them.
