Part of the work was done properly but some of it wasn't. I left a message about my concerns but did not recieve a call back which really surprised me.

I spend 30 yrs. in the construction industries. The quality of the work is always most important. Community Working Solutions, not only lived up to my standards, but exceeded them. John, was very detailed and made sure all work was top quality. He is now the first person I will call for all my projects. By the way, this was a rush job and he still finished ahead of time. My wife was also very pleased with his work. Highly recommend !

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
John Smith,owner, was couteous,thouhtful, and thorough. I explained my problem and he offered realistic solutions to my problem. Financial terms were reasonable and our contract fully explained. I had the opportunity to ask any /all questions I had. Options for changes ( either party) were explained in detail. I am totally satisfied with the work and the clean-up.

They responded to my request for a quote immediately and were courteous and helpful. Came out and did the job quickly. Very professional. A minor misunderstanding about payment modality was resolved easily. I feel I'm in good hands.

John Smith provides excellent communication and delivers high quality work with the utmost professionalism. Took great care in making sure that the work areas were clean upon completion of the job. He and his co-worker re-tiled a portion of a walk in shower, replaced drywall that has sustained damage above an inset window, sealed/primed/sanded/painted a closet that had also sustained some water damage, and replaced a faulty bathroom sink faucet. Quoted the work timeline of up to three days but was able to finish everything in a single day (~12 hrs).

I used the company to install new carpeting in our house. They were professional, prompt and thorough. John the contractor stayed in communication throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Community Working Solutions. I plan to use them for other projects we have coming up.
