Ken was wonderful! Extremely professional, efficient and knowledgable. He showed us when promised, gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot, and completed the work in 90 mins. I felt that he was fair and honest, and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for pest control services!

The guy assured me he could find where the rats were coming in..but after walking around the house for about 15 minutes, just said "sorry I can't find it"..threw some rat poison down and left. And still charged me $80 plus tax.

A previous pest control "expert" advised I had termites and needed to pay $1000 to eradicate. I called Common Sense for a second opinion. I did not have termites - they were carpenter ants. Big difference. He took care of my problem for a fraction of the cost. Ken could have made a lot more money going along with the first opinion. His honesty will win my business from here on out. Great company!
