Beware of concrete dust. Very difficult to control although I felt contractor provided adequate control meaures.

Commercial Piering was a pressure to work with! The work was completed very fast and my house was kept very clean at all times. They were also able to do a side job that was related to the work and the price was very fair. I hope I never need foundation work again but if I do I will only call Commercial Piering.

I knew I needed my basement repaired, and since my husband passed away last year - I really had know idea what to do or expect. This company explained everything in an understandable way, told me different options for cost, and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone. After going through the job with them, they almost felt like family - they are that wonderful and sincere. - Cindy

Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
Mike Dement did a great job installing wall ancres to straighten a 60ft wall in my basement. He addressed all concerns along the way. His crew was trust worthy and well manor. I'd definitely call him again for foundation work.
