Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
He showed up on time, but ran over a bush and nearly got stuck in my yard several feet off the driveway. I watched him clear the drive and he went too fast which caused some of his problems. I finally suggested enough and offered payment to get him to stop before he did more damage. But, I got my driveway cleared so I could go to work the next day which was my objective. Not sure I will call him again.

I'm Sorry to hear that. I guess I will file away the notes you asked me to take for next years snow removal. I don't believe I damaged anything. I ran up on not over the bush that was under 8 to ten inches of snow. And with such an uphill drive you have to go fast or you get stuck pushing hundreds of pounds of snow. No payment was offered till I finished and asked for payment.But I must be mistaken. I thank you for your business and I am Sorry you were unhappy with my service And I will try to do better next time.
