Contractor did not do any quality checks after a major installation work of an expensive air condition unit. Contractor did not carefully cut vents, and did not ensure suitability of work in relation to dwelling purposes. However, contractor responded promptly to after-work problems.

The young man that came out to give us an estimate for a/c system was very nice and truthful I prayed that God would send someone that was a spiritual person and he was just that. The service was great We did not have air for four years because we could not afford it. But Air Now gave us a price that we could not refuse. I am very satified Thank U.

While I didn't decide to purchase a new unit, I thought that Adam Washburn was exceptionally knowlegable and friendly. He did a thorough job inspecting our system and gave us excellent advice. I'd recommend him to others.
